SUMMER POLICIES

Summer Camp & Class Policies​

​

Dress Code
Students must wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for safe movement. Dance shoes or bare feet are required. Hair must be tied back and off the face. Jewelry is not permitted.


What to Bring
Students should bring a water bottle, a sack lunch that does not require heating, and one healthy snack. All food items must be peanut-free.

 

Registration
Registration is complete once the registration form and full payment have been received. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion. Early bird pricing is available until May 31st.

 

Availability
All camps and classes have limited availability and are filled on a first come, first served basis. Classes may be combined or cancelled if minimum enrollment is not met.

 

Scheduling
Class schedules, instructors, and programming are subject to change.

 

Studio Guidelines
Cell phones are not permitted in the dance area. We recommend leaving all valuables at home.

 

Faculty
The school reserves the right to provide a substitute instructor if the scheduled instructor is unavailable.

 

Injuries & Waiver
Parents or legal guardians of minor students, and adult students, waive the right to any legal action for injuries sustained while participating in classes or camps, on or off school property, as part of normal dance activity or related events.

Please review our Safer Studio Policies prior to your first day of camp.

 

Welcome Information
A welcome letter with important details for your first day will be available in the EDC Parent Portal after registration.

Summer Camp & Class Payment/Cancellation Policy

  • Tuition for all camps, pop up classes, 4 week sessions and workshops are due at time of registration. 

  • Camp/Class tuition fee is non-transferable, so please check your dates carefully. 

  • Camp/Class tuition fee is non-refundable in the full amount (see details below).

  • Summer Cancellation Policy: 

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% credit on account.

    • Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will receive a 50% credit on account. 

    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.

  • Please note: Any credit applied to an account, will be applied to any EDC tuition or fees due within one year.
